NCEO recently published an interactive Data Analytics report on States’ Graduation Policies for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities. There is wide variation across states in their graduation policies for this population. Key features of this report include:
- Customizable information about which states offer the regular diploma option, as well as information about states offering other end-of school documents for students with significant cognitive disabilities who participate in the alternate assessment based on alternate achievement standards (AA-AAS).
