NCEO just published a new Data Analytics, State and National Demographic Information for English Learners (ELs) and ELs with Disabilities, 2012-13.  There is wide variation across states in the most common home languages, and the percentage of ELs and ELs with disabilities. Key features of this interactive report include:

• Customizable information about the most frequent home languages of ELs in each state.
• Information about the percentage of students in each state who meet the EL definition, and the percent who receive services.
• Information about the percent of students with disabilities who are also ELs in each state.
• State profiles that provide detailed information about the ELs and ELs with disabilities in each state.
